Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
To be accepted for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return the package. Products returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods and Other Issues:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-refundable, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Returns and Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you already have, and after the return is accepted, order the new item separately.
14-Day Cancellation Period in the European Union:
Regardless of the above terms, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to prove it. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record your refund.
